Monitor and patrol assigned premises to prevent theft, vandalism, and unauthorized access.
Control entry and exit points, verify identification of visitors and staff.
Respond promptly to alarms and emergency situations.
Prepare and maintain accurate incident and daily activity reports.
Collaborate with local law enforcement when necessary.
Ensure compliance with safety and security policies.
Requirements
Valid security guard license as per Italian law (e.g., Certificato di Idoneità).
Prior experience in security or law enforcement preferred.
Good physical condition and alertness.
Strong communication skills in Italian; English is a plus.
Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and professionally.
Flexibility to work shifts, including nights and weekends.

Location: Various commercial, industrial, and public sites – Italy (Milan, Rome, Naples, etc.)
Contract Type: Fixed-term or permanent contract
Working Hours: 40 hours per week (including shifts, nights, weekends)
Estimated Monthly Salary: $1,200 – $1,800 USD (approx. €1,100 – €1,700 gross/month)
